This page explains what information Dashmind collects when you join the waitlist, how it is used and stored, and the rights you have over it.

WHAT WE COLLECT
The information you share with us
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name and work email, and, if you choose to share it, your last name, company name, company size, business type and what you would want more clarity on. We do not ask for payment details at this stage.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
How we use your information
We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand which businesses to prioritize as we open early access, and send you a confirmation email and updates about your invitation. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
WHERE IT IS STORED
How your information is stored
Your information is stored in a Supabase database that only our server can access. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both providers act as data processors on our behalf and only handle your information to provide their service to us.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
How long we keep your information
We keep your waitlist information for as long as your business is on the waitlist or using Dashmind, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
COOKIES
Cookies and local storage
We use a small amount of local browser storage to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
YOUR RIGHTS
Your rights over your information
Under the GDPR (AVG), you have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
